    I would like to rent a house in Dar es Salaam.
    My requirements are:
    3 bedrooms
    2 bathroom (with Western Toleits)
    One or more sitting rooms
    Modern Kitchen
    Fenced property with parking, garden
    Large water storage (boko tank)
    Generator hookups (I have my own generator)
    Fully tiled

    I would also like Laundry Hookups but these are not requirements.
